Anupama Parameswaran was born on 18th February 1996 (Age 24, as in 2020) in Irinjalakuda of Kerala is an Indian film actress who predominantly appears in Telugu and Malayalam films. She is best known for her debut role as Mary George in the Malayalam film Premam (2015). She played the role of Mary George in the Premam movie for which she has received much recognition from the audience.


Anupama Parameswaran belongs to a Hindu family in Kerala. Her father is Parameswaran and her mother’s name is Sunitha. She also has a brother, Akshay Parameswaran.

Anupama is currently unmarried and has a relationship with Chiranjiv Makwana who is a Film Director.


Anupama completed her schooling from Don Bosco Central School and National Higher Secondary School, Irinjalakuda. Later she joined the famous CMS College, Kottayam, to do her graduation in Communicative English. She persuaded her graduation BA in Communicative English and Journalism.


In 2016, she started in the Telugu film ‘AA’, written and directed by Trivikram Srinivas, the lead stars in the film are Samantha Akkineni, Nitin, Srinivasa Avasarala and Anupama Parameswaran.

The film’s composer was Mickey J. Mayer and the film was released on June 2, 2016. Next, she acted in a Telugu film ‘Premam’, a romantic drama film directed by Chandu Monteti, starring Naga Chaitanya, Shruti Haasan, Madonna Sebastian and Anupama Parameswaran. The composers of this film are Gopi Sundar and Rajesh Murugesan. The film was released on 7 October 2016.
